Walking in the woods,
I close my eyes to see,
Where we used to be.
Sitting upon the branch of a tree,
Looking at the horizon of the sea.

Those faded memories,
Is all i have to remember.
It feels like centuries,
Since I saw a snowfall like we did that November.

I feel you when I pass by that pathway,
I wish it was possible for you to stay.
I wanted to confess to you,
But little did I know, that you already flew.

Far away from me,
Leaving me here, crying.
I wish you could see,
That how much I regretted seeing you dying.

Words are so less to describe this feeling,
Your death sounds like so unappealing.
You were really a liar and assured me in every way,
That you'd never leave my side, and stay.

Those images came flashing back to my mind,
How much I felt that our hearts were entwined.
I smiled as I recalled the moments of our childhoods,
I turned and continued to walk in the woods. 💘💕💔
